**第1条：著作権および知的財産権**
**イラストレーターの作品の著作権**
イラストレーターが作成し、当ショップ製品で使用されるイラストの著作権は、イラストレーターまたはそのライセンサーに帰属します。ユーザーは購入した製品の使用権のみを取得し、イラストの著作権やその他の知的財産権の譲渡は行われません。個人利用以外の目的でイラストを複製、再販売、改変、配布することは禁止されています。
**ユーザーアップロード画像の著作権**
ユーザーがアップロードした画像の著作権はユーザーまたはそのライセンサーに帰属します。ただし、ユーザーは、当社 ショップに製造および販売目的での非独占的使用権を付与します。ユーザーは、アップロードされた画像が第三者の著作権、商標、プライバシー権、その他の権利を侵害していないことを保証するものとします。
**著作権侵害の禁止**
著作権を侵害している、またはその疑いのある画像のアップロードは禁止されています。著作権侵害の疑いがある場合、当社はユーザーに連絡し、状況確認を行います。著作権侵害が確認された場合、製品の製造を中止し、返金を行いますが、調査費用として支払額の一部を控除する場合がございます。※虚偽の申告により生じた問題については当ショップは一切の責任を負いません。
**第2条：禁止行為**
**不適切なコンテンツのアップロード**
ユーザーは、以下の不適切な内容を含む画像を当社のサービスを通じてアップロードしてはなりません。
- ポルノまたは性的表現
- 暴力的な内容
- 差別的、侮辱的、その他人権を侵害する表現
上記のような画像がアップロードされた場合、当社はその画像を削除し、適切な措置を取る権利を有します。
**著作権侵害の疑いがある画像のアップロード**
ユーザーは、著作権を保有していない、または著作権者から許可を得ていない画像（例：有名キャラクターや他のアーティストの作品）をアップロードしてはなりません。著作権侵害の疑いがある場合、当社はユーザーに通知し、確認および調査を行います。侵害が確認された場合、製品の製造を停止し、調査費用を差し引いて返金いたします。※虚偽の申告により生じた問題については当ショップは一切の責任を負いません。
**Article 1: Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights**
**Copyright of Illustrator's Artwork**
The copyright of illustrations created by illustrators and used in our products belongs to the illustrator or their licensor. Users obtain only the right to use the purchased products; no transfer of copyright or other intellectual property rights of the illustrations occurs. Users are prohibited from reproducing, reselling, modifying, or distributing the illustrations contained in purchased products for purposes other than personal use.
**Copyright of User-Uploaded Images**
The copyright of images uploaded by users belongs to the user or their licensor. However, users grant our company a non-exclusive right to use the uploaded images for manufacturing and sales purposes. Users guarantee that the uploaded images do not infringe upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights.
**Prohibition of Copyright Infringement**
Uploading images that infringe copyright or are suspected of doing so is prohibited in our services. If there is a suspicion of copyright infringement, we will contact the user to confirm the situation. If copyright infringement is confirmed, we may halt the manufacturing of the product and issue a refund after deducting 50% of the payment as an investigation and processing fee.
**Article 2: Prohibited Activities**
**Uploading Inappropriate Content**
Users must not upload images containing the following inappropriate content via our services:
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content
- Violent content
- Discriminatory, insulting, or other expressions that violate human rights
If such images are uploaded, we reserve the right to delete the image and take appropriate measures.
**Uploading Images Suspected of Copyright Infringement**
Users must not upload images for which they do not own the copyright or do not have permission from the copyright holder (e.g., famous characters or other artists' works). If copyright infringement is suspected, we will notify the user and conduct confirmation and investigation. If infringement is confirmed, we reserve the right to halt product manufacturing and issue a refund after deducting the above fees.
